This bag feels super solid and well made!! The zippers are really smooth too, which I definitely appreciate... I just took off one star because I was expecting the padding to be a little thicker. Still a good bag overall, though!!!

I really liked the style of the carriers overall. Compared with a lot of others I looked at, these felt more modern and polished without being too flashy, and the colors were easy to picture using day to day.
The site was simple enough to browse, but I did find myself wishing there were more photos on a few of the product pages before deciding. Still, the designs look clean, sturdy, and a bit more put-together than many similar options.

I went off the size chart and it actually fit my dog well. It was just a little snug around the chest, but he still seemed comfortable in it. I’d probably go one size up if I bought it again. Anyway...

I ordered this from roverlund.com it’s been great so far. The carrier feels really solid and secure, and my dog seems comfortable and safe in it. The zippers feel strong too, which is a big plus. Checkout was quick and easy, and I didn’t run into any weird issues at all.

It’s been easy to keep clean so far, and the hair comes off mostly quick. I kind of felt dismissed when I asked about maintenance, but the product itself hasn’t been a hassle to deal with

To my surprise, it shipped really fast and got to me in just a few days. I was checking tracking between running around, and it was simple enough with no weird delays.

It was a relief since I felt a little rushed getting everything sorted. Nice when a company just gets the order out quickly. I’d order from them again.

Just a warning for anyone ordering from roverlund.com: the product itself was fine, but the packaging really wasn’t great. My box showed up dented and partly open on one side, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence.
Nothing was damaged, thankfully, but for the price, I expected it to be packed a lot more securely. It felt rushed, and I’d be a little hesitant to order again unless they improve how they ship things.

I was hoping for something that wouldn’t take up much space and would be easy to bring along, and this fits that perfectly. It’s super easy to carry around and works great for quick trips.

I tried to return an item and it took way too long. What made it even more frustrating was having to verify my information over and over again like they didn’t already have it. It felt like the whole process was dragged out for no reason

The site was easy to use. I found what I was looking for quickly, and checkout didn’t drag on forever, which I always appreciate. The photos and info were clear enough, although I also feel like a little more detail wouldn’t have hurt. I didn’t have to click around a million times, but somehow I still expected it to be annoying. It wasn’t, though. Nice when a site just works without turning into a whole project.

I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me fast, which I apprecaite. It wasn’t totally perfect at first, but they figured it out and were really nice about it, so no big complants from me.

I got this for my little dog, i was kind of expecting him to be suspicious of it at first. But nope, he curled up in it quickly like, okay, this is mine now. The padding feels nice and soft, and he doesn’t do that frantic “please get me out of here” thing he used to do with his old carrier, which is a huge win. The only thing is the zipper can be a little fiddly sometimes, and I’ve definitely had a few moments of, wait, why is this not closing smoothly? But overall, comfort-wise, it’s been really great for him.

I wanted to like this bag more because it really does look nice in person, and the overall style is sharp. But when it came time to actually use it for airline travel, it ended up being more stressful than I expected. The sizing details were not as clear as I would have liked, so I was already a little unsure before getting to the airport, and then the gate staff questioned whether it would fit. For the price, I expected the whole experience to feel easier and more confidently airline-ready. It is not a terrible bag, but I would have appreciated less guesswork and less hassle...

I bought this from roverlund a while ago, and it’s been holding up better than I expected. My dog is rough on everything, so I was waiting for rips or weird wear to show up, but so far it still looks great. Has anyone else with a dog that’s hard on gear had the same experience? I’m happy with it overall
